Hawaiiana Management Company is the managing agent for Poipu Kai Association. The Kauai office is in the Kukui Grove Executive Center in Lihue. Our Kauai staff includes eight management executives and three in-house support staff, as well as a team of Hawaii-based accountants. Kauai native Sunshine Ruiz Hatto, CMCA, AMS, serves as Hawaiiana's Director of Kauai Operations, and has been with the office since its opening in 2008.
