Lanai Room #2 Acquisition
Your Board is pleased to announce the purchase of Unit #2 of
the Poipu Kai Racquet Club also known as "Lanai Room #2". More details of the acquisition
can be found in the February 2011 Newsletter.
The Board is soliciting inputs for potential uses of the Lanai Room and will distribute a PKA Owner Interest Survey at the annual home owners meeting. All owners not present at the annual meeting will be mailed a survey form.
This is an exciting opportunity for Poipu Kai home owners. We will use the website to provide updates on the survey and renovation status. Please check back often!
